  1. Find a comfortable seated position in a meditative posture.
  2. Ensure your neck and spine are comfortably erect.
  3. Join the tips of your index and middle fingers with the tip of the thumb.
  4. Curl the ring and pinky fingers in to touch the middle of the palm.
  5. Place the gesture in both hands facing up on your knees and focus on the touching points.

The benefits of practicing Kubera Mudra are vast:

  1. Joy and fulfillment: This mudra is connected to various joys in life, including wealth and good fortune, bringing a sense of exhilaration akin to a thrilling roller coaster ride.
  2. Overcoming obstacles: The Kubera Mudra helps clear any obstacles that hinder progress toward goals and success.
  3. Protection and smooth functioning: It provides protection against harm while traveling and ensures smoothness in both professional and personal domains, making it particularly beneficial for business-oriented individuals.
  4. Accelerated manifestation: By aligning with universal energy and incorporating deep breathing techniques, Kubera Mudra expedites the manifestation of desires.

While practicing Kubera Mudra, it is important to be aware of these precautions:

  1. If you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or hypertension, hold the mudra for no more than 2 to 5 minutes.
  2. Be gentle with yourself and avoid exerting strain on your fingers and elbows.

How long should you practice?

  1. The best time to practice is in the morning as soon as you wake up. If that will take some getting used to, then you can practice at any time of day at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating food. A full stomach makes it hard to breath properly, and it is good to give time after a session to absorb the effects before eating.
  2. Practice for 10-20 minutes a day, 1-3 times a day, for at least 7 days in a row. Then take account of how your are feeling and whether you need to continue for another 7 days.
