  3. To protect your own energy, and have this group as a reservoir any time your energy takes a hit from the outside world.

  4. To learn your meditation level and seek progress and inner alignment in each session.

  5. To evolve as a group and share our collective wins, positivity, and above all the strongest force - joyful energy (not because we are ignoring, but because we are shifting focus WHEN WE CAN, to tap into the greatest source of energy there is).

 

Monthly sessions will be held with pop up sessions in between. Join the group to see the monthly call schedule.

Beginner level will be held for a few sessions until a group is ready to move forward.

The format of this group will evolve with its needs.
